Our Philosophy
is authentic Italian – Sicilian cuisine, using the finest ingredients that we personally source to use in our treasured recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
As a small family-run restaurant we have developed incredible relationships with our suppliers and producers over many decades allowing us the knowledge and
the benefit of obtaining premium produce.
All our dishes are cooked in extra virgin olive oil or Irish grass-fed butter ensuring taste and authenticity are retained which brings out the delicate flavours of the herbs and ingredients. Every detail is important to us. Even the salt on your table is from the sea in Sicily ensures it is flavoursome and high in minerals.

Ciuri comes from carefully selected red grapes of Nerello Mascalese vinified in white, the vineyards are located on the volcanic slopes of Randazzo. Light straw yellow in colour with great clarity and green reflections. Fresh and fragrant with notes of tropical fruit and a hint of rosemary. Curi is the Sicilian word for ‘flower’ derived from Latin.
Created by Conte Giuseppe Tasca d’Almerita and his wife Franca to celebrate their Golden wedding anniversary. With apple, peach, melon and honey aromas, and a sleek, well-defined palate, this is crisp and refreshing like no other Sicilian white.
Vini Rosati
Fresh, fragrant rosé combining strawberries, watermelon and an appetising splash of salt spray.
Crisply balanced and full of flavour, with notes of strawberry and cherry fruit and an nit aroma of fresh spring flowers.
Inspired by a pink Sicilian sunset, this wine has a light and attractive nose with notes of I rose petals, pomegranate and strawberries. On the palate, the wine is silky smooth, light and fresh with no angularity and a beautiful finish.

The little brother of Sassicaia is vibrant red with blackberry fruits, violet and herbal notes. Aged in barrels previously used for Sassicia and Guidoalberto. Good structure on the palate with round tannin and good length.
Intense garnet red with a bouquet of black cherries and prunes complemented by floral notes and aromas of sweet spices. Rich and full-bodied with structured yet velvety tannins.
To concentrate their aromas, during the winter months, grapes are laid out on bamboo racks for 100 days. Very dark ruby red in colour, with notes of baked fruit, plums and cherry aromas. Well balanced with fruity tastes and hints of coffee and cocoa.

The palate perfectly reflects the nose, it is soft and round, well balanced by noble and elegant tannins.
Brilliant ruby red with garnet-coloured reflections, on the nose the aroma is sweet and fruity, and the hints of fresh red fruit stand out, which combine perfectly with the more complex notes of liquorice and pipe tobacco. The structure is powerful, and the palate is pleasantly enveloped by a consistent tannic texture, well balanced by a pleasant acidity. Extremely persistent with excellent ageing potential.
Deep ruby red. Charming and powerful with notes of Blackberries, black mulberry, pepper and spices give way to balsamic notes of resin, eucalyptus and chocolate. Wonderfully intense, and elegant yet never overpowering the acidity or notes of blackberry and mulberry. Extraordinary wine.
